Scribed Care is an iOS and Android app in development for on-device medical transcription, patient records, and encounter notes. Sign up or log in to Scribed and download the required models online, then work offline.

Capture, correct, and review
The development workflow records an encounter, transcribes it locally, and keeps the original transcript available while you edit and review notes.
Work with installed local models
Download the speech and assistant models during setup, then draft a note or ask about the saved transcript offline. Optional voice files add read-aloud later.
A separate clinical data path
The design uses encrypted local persistence and device authentication. Patient data is kept apart from the general Scribed cloud workspace, with no cloud inference fallback.

Sign in and download models
Sign up or log in with your Scribed account online, then download and verify the speech and assistant models. Set up the local vault before exploring the offline workflow with synthetic test data.

Capture the test encounter
Choose the patient and encounter, check their details, and record the conversation for local transcription.

Review the source and draft
Correct the transcript, generate a note draft or ask a source-based question, and review the result before marking the note reviewed.

Do I need an account and an internet connection?
Yes. Initial setup requires signup or login with your Scribed account and online model downloads. After setup, recording, transcription, notes, and patient records work offline. Patient content stays on the device; signing out locks the local vault until its owner signs in again.
Is this a medical mode in Scribed Bot?
No. Scribed Care is a separate application with its own local clinical-data design. Scribed Bot uploads recordings to the Scribed cloud and must not be treated as the Care app's privacy mode.
What is the local AI intended to do?
Help organize encounter documentation and locate information in a saved transcript, with the source available for review. It is not designed to diagnose, prescribe, or take clinical actions. Model files must be installed before local inference is available.
